Amy Winehouse is Myspace babe of the Day part 1

Well thanks to Ramplate, Angelina Jolie received the highest Daily Rate of all time with an average of 5,882,352,941,184.76 which is fairly high. In reality (and giving Ramplate a high rating), she came out with an 8.94 average, which would have been higher if not for Sabin's 5 (to each their own I say).

Well, I am going to go out on a limb on today's Daily Rate and go on a rant. One, I am running out of time this morning before my meetings to really get into a good daily rate girl and two, well I am going to use this thread to post my rant and distaste for the singer known as Amy Winehouse. As many already know, she packed in 5 out of 6 Grammy awards she was nominated for including Record of the Year, Song of the Year, New Artist, Pop Vocal Album, and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance. Then, she topped off the awards show with a performance via satellite that was so sloppy and poorly performed that it was past awkward and uncomfortable to watch.

Don't get me wrong, everyone has their issues, and Amy's have been all over the media this past year thanks mostly to her sudden rise in popularity, but I just don't get her, her music, or why the industry feels the need to reward her for being an unhealthy role model and coked out train wreck. So think of today's post as a not so hot Daily Rate.......
